In our latest interview we sat down with Leif Hauge a footwear designer for New Balance Numeric. We talked about growing up and getting into skating, his skate journey from Virginia to SF to Long Beach and Boston, college experience in two industrial design programs, general creativity, the role of mentorship, wack shit in skate footwear, his brand ‘Window Seat’, interning at York athletics, then vans and then eventually New Balance Numeric, where he now works full time as a footwear designer.
