Beyond Boards Podcast with Natalie Porter

Ever since we first saw Natalie Porter present at Slow Impact 2024 we’ve been BIG fans. Her energy and genuine enthusiasm was so contagious, we had to bug her to write a piece on the NW for AB last year. If you’re not familiar Natalie she is a librarian, researcher, and lifelong skateboarder living right here in the NW off the coast of BC. She’s the founder of the Womxn Skateboard History project, where she takes her life work as a librarian and blends it with her lifelong love of skating to share stories of women and non-binary skaters.
